In just 8 weeks, students gain the skills and knowledge needed to become credentialed CNAs, opening doors to meaningful employment and growth in the healthcare field.

What is a CNA?
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) provide crucial support to healthcare teams. CNAs help clients perform activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing, preparing meals, and other essential tasks. In this program, you’ll learn how to provide care for a variety of clients, including those in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and client homes.

Program Requirements
To qualify for the CNA Training Program at NACD, you must:
Live in the Northside, Eastside, or Edison Neighborhood OR be Promise-eligible
Have, or be willing to have, the following:
TB Test
COVID-19 Vaccine
Flu Shot
Drug Tested (including for THC) for employment
Register with Michigan Rehabilitation Services:
